How we land on a number

Two boxes of the same strips are not always worth the same to us. What moves the figure is the expiration date, whether the box is sealed, and how much of that brand we are already sitting on. A box with a year left on it is worth more than one with two months.

We buy only supplies you paid for yourself. Nothing that came through Medicare, Medicaid, or another insurance benefit — that has not changed and it will not.
