What this site is
This site describes a service that buys unused diabetic supplies from individuals. It is information, not an offer or a contract. Nothing here commits Coastal Bend Health Exchange to buying anything from anyone.
Offers
Any number we give you is based on what you told us and what you showed us. It is good for the supplies as described. If what arrives is opened, expired, or different from what was described, the offer does not stand and we will tell you before anything else happens.
Any price shown on our price list is a guide, not an offer. Every offer is specific to what you actually have.
What you are confirming
When you sell supplies to us, you are confirming that they are yours to sell and that you purchased them yourself. You are confirming they did not come through Medicare, Medicaid, or any other insurance benefit.
We do not buy insurance-sourced supplies. If we learn that supplies came from an insurance benefit, the transaction does not go forward.
Mail-in
If you mail supplies to us, you are responsible for packing and shipping them. We recommend tracking. We are not responsible for supplies lost or damaged in transit before they reach us.
Not medical advice
Coastal Bend Health Exchange is not a pharmacy, a medical provider, or an insurer. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Do not change how you manage your diabetes based on anything you read here. Talk to your doctor.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but details change. What we tell you directly by phone or text is what governs your transaction.
