What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the form on this site, that is the supply type, the rough quantity, your ZIP code, and your phone number. If you call or text us, it is your phone number and whatever you tell us.
We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, an insurance member number, or any medical record. Please do not send them.
Why we collect it
To reply to you about buying your supplies. Your ZIP code tells us whether you are a pickup or a mail-in. Your phone number is how we send you an offer.
Calls and texts
When you submit the form or text us first, you are agreeing that Coastal Bend Health Exchange may call or text you at that number about your supplies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop messaging you. Reply HELP for help.
We contact you about the supplies you asked us about. We do not run marketing campaigns to this list, and if you tell us no, that is the end of it.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to a lead broker. We do not share it with anyone except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enough of a record to know who we bought from and when. If you want your information removed, call or text (361) 730-5249 and ask. We will remove it.
This website
This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from a third-party font host, which means that host may see your IP address.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
